Smart Product Suggestions with More Control
Vexture Merchandising uses Product Showcases, Category Merchandising, and Search Merchandising to help you create product groups and control which products shoppers see first as they browse and search your storefront.
Product Showcases creates reusable groups of products and display them through Product List and Product Carousel Flex Components. A Showcase can pull products from an AI Prompt, Category, Search Term, or Collection.
Category Merchandising controls which products shoppers see first when they browse a category. You can create a Global Rule that acts as the default for category pages or create a different rule for a specific category.
Search Merchandising gives you control over which products appear first in storefront search results. Its Global Rule works like the Global Rule in Category Merchandising: it acts as the default for all searches, while a rule for a specific search term takes priority.
Boosting Rules allows you to to promote sale items, high-margin products, specific brands, or products assigned to a custom field.

Understanding Boosting Rules and Sort
Product Showcases, Category Merchandising, and Search Merchandising can all use Boosting Rules to give certain products more priority.
You can use them to promote sale items, high-margin products, specific brands, or products assigned to a custom field.
You can add up to 26 different Boosting Rules, A to Z. Each boost is assigned a priority letter, such as A, B, or C. Boost A has the highest priority, followed by Boost B, then Boost C. Put the most important condition first. Boosting changes the order of the products, it does not remove them from the list.
Use Sort By to order products that have the same boost priority.

Product Showcases
Product Showcases are reusable product groups that can be displayed in storefront components such as Product List and Product Carousel. A Product Showcase can be built from an AI Prompt, Search Term, Category, or Collection.
Using a Category or Search Term as the source for a Showcase is different from using Category Merchandising or Search Merchandising. The source determines which products are included in the Showcase.
