MivaPay Wallet Support (Google Pay & Apple Pay)

MivaPay supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, giving eligible customers faster checkout options using saved payment and shipping details.

Wallet availability can vary based on the customer’s device, browser, location, account, and payment eligibility.

You can enable MivaPay wallet options without replacing your existing credit card processor.

Apple Pay Button Display

When Apple Pay is offered through MivaPay, the Apple Pay option can appear anywhere the MivaPay PayPal buttons are displayed.

Important: Apple Pay cannot be displayed as a standalone button when using MivaPay. The PayPal button must also be displayed.

Customers will only see Apple Pay when their device, browser, and Apple Pay account are eligible.

Apple Pay and Multi-Domain

Apple Pay must be registered and validated for every domain on which it is displayed. In multi-store or multi-domain environments, each domain must be configured individually.

If you receive an error indicating that a domain is already registered, or Apple Pay does not appear after configuration, contact Miva Technical Assistance Center.

Google Pay Configuration:

Google Pay must be enabled in MivaPay settings and on the Basket (BASK) page for the button to appear at checkout.

Availability may vary by device, browser, and customer eligibility.

Configure Google Pay

1. Enable Google Pay in MivaPay go to Settings > Payment Settings > MivaPay
   Set Google Pay to Test or Production
2. Enable Google Pay on the Basket Contents page User Interface > Templates > Basket Contents (BASK). In the Google Pay (MivaPay) section, toggle Enabled to turn on the Google Pay button.
