Use reports to analyze store performance, track trends, and review key metrics over time. Create and manage reports directly in the admin, where you can organize and run them in one place. Visual charts make data easier to understand.
Reports also work alongside AI Insights, allowing you to explore your data using natural language questions and save useful results for future use.

Creating a Report
To create a new report navigate to Analytics > Reports
Click New Report in the top-right corner
Enter your report settings
Click Add
Managing Reports
All reports can be edited or deleted from the Reports page.
Editing a Report
From the Reports page:
1. Click the name of the report you want to edit
2. Update the desired settings
3. Click Save
Deleting a Report
From the Reports page:
1. Click the name of the report you want to delete
2. Click Delete in the Edit Report window
3. Confirm the action
Report Settings
Description: Enter a name for your report. This helps you identify it later.
Display on Home Screen (optional): Enable this option to show the report on your dashboard for quick access.
Report Type: Select the type of report you want to create. This determines what data is included.
Basic Filters
These settings control the time range and structure of your report:
Date Range: Choose the time period for the report (for example, Last 7 Days or a custom range).
Group By: Define how data is grouped, such as by hour, day, week, month, or year.
Refresh After: Set how often the report updates automatically.
Understanding Report Types
Each report type focuses on a different area of your business and includes its own set of fields.
Coupon Usage Report → Discount usage and promotional performance
Unique fields:
Metric (Compare Using) — Select how coupon performance is measured (Total Discount, Average Discount, or Number of Uses)
Customer Sales Report → Customer purchasing behavior and revenue contribution
Unique fields:
Compare Using — Select how performance is measured a measurement type (Gross Revenue, Number of Orders, or Units Sold)
Price Group — Customer price group inclusion/exclusion
Category — Product category
Product — Specific product
Collection — Product collection
Geographic Sales Report → Sales performance by location
Unique fields:
Metric — Select a measurement type (Gross Revenue or Units Sold)
Category — Product category
Product — Specific product
Collection — Product collection
Address — Billing or shipping address
Country — Country selection
State — State selection
Group By — Location level (country, state, city, or zip code)
Product Sales Report → Product-level sales and performance
Unique fields:
Compare Using — Measurement type (Gross Revenue, Number of Orders, or Units Sold)
Price Group — Customer price group inclusion/exclusion
Category — Product category
Collection — Product collection
Sales Report → Overall revenue, orders, and sales activity
Unique fields:
Display — Select which metrics to include (Gross, Total Units, Number of Orders, Average Order Value, Sales Tax, Shipping Charges)
Price Group — Customer price group inclusion/exclusion

Product — Specific product
Collection — Product collection
Sales Commission Report → Commission-based sales tracking and order sources
Unique fields:
Order Source — Filter or group orders by origin (All, All - Group By Source, Admin, Shop as Customer, Review Baskets)
Search Log → Customer search behavior and discoverability insights
Unique fields:
Search Type — Filter searches by session type (All, Logged in Customers, or Sessions that Placed an Order)
Limit to Searches Returning Less Than / More Than — Filter searches based on the number of results returned. Select No Limit or Set Limit. Use this to identify searches with too few results (including zero) or too many results
Results — Set how many results show on a page, ie 24
Reports only include data currently stored in your Search Log. To report on older data, update your Search Log retention settings in User Interface → Global Settings → Search Settings. For more information, see the Search Log documentation.
For best results, keep at least 90 days of data. High-traffic stores should monitor log size to maintain performance.
Statistics Display → High-level store metrics and best-selling products
Unique fields:
Display — Select whether to show summary Statistics or Best Selling products
Subscription Statistics → Subscription activity and lifecycle trends
Unique fields:
Subscriptions — Include all subscriptions or select specific ones
Display — Select metrics to include (Active, New, Cancellations, Gross Revenue, Average Age)
Subscription Metrics → Key subscription KPIs like MRR and churn
Unique fields:
Subscriptions — Include all or selected subscriptions
Display — Select KPIs (Churn Rate, MRR)
MRR Calculation — Include Tax and/or Include Shipping in MRR
Subscription Inventory Projection → Forecasted inventory needs based on subscriptions
Unique fields:
Forecast — Set how many days ahead to project inventory needs
Sort By — Choose how results are ordered (Orders, Quantity, Current Inventory, Projected nventory)
Subscription Product Statistics → Performance of subscription-based products
Unique fields:
Metrics — Select which product-level metrics to analyze (Active, New, Cancellations, Current Churn, Gross Revenue, Average Age)
Sort By — Choose how results are ranked (Active, New, Cancellations, Gross Revenue, Average Age.)
