If a customer loses their gift certificate email or cannot find their gift certificate code, you can resend the original email from the Admin. This sends the same “Gift Certificate Created” notification the customer received when the gift certificate was first issued.
Resend a Gift Certificate Email
Navigate to PATH: Menu > Order Processing.
- Open the order associated with the gift certificate.
- Click the invoice number to open the order.
- Select Order Emails.
In the Order Emails window shown below, check the box next to Gift Certificate Created.
Click Send
The gift certificate email will be sent again to the customer using the existing email template.
