Void Action
Miva 10.01.00 introduces a new Workflow Action named Void. The Void action allows Miva to void the entire authorization.
A common use case would be to use the Void action on an order workflow to look at a fraud score from Signifyd or Kount to auto void an order which does not pass their fraud scoring.
The option to Add VOID Notes to Order will add a note to the order. The note will be formatted with the following fields:
Order workflow: 'ORDER WORKFLOW NAME'
Action: VOID
Amount To VOID: $XX.XX
Amount Available To VOID: $XX.XX
Amount VOIDED: $XX.XX
VOIDED $XX.XX of $XX.XX for Payment ID X
