Review Baskets
The Review Baskets module lets you monitor shopper activity on your site in real time, specifically what products they’ve added to their baskets. It’s a valuable tool for keeping an eye on who’s shopping, what they’re interested in, and whether they’re logged in or just browsing anonymously. You can also see if a basket is still active or has expired.
From this screen, you can dive into the full details of any basket, make edits, or even delete a basket if needed. It’s a simple way to manage customer sessions and identify potential sales opportunities.
Step 1: Install the Review Baskets Module
Path: Settings > Modules > type Review Basket in the Module search bar then Click Install
After installation, the Review Baskets page will open automatically. To access it later, enter “Review Baskets” in the Miva Admin search bar to navigate directly to the module.
