Title : ---------- Declined message from VeriSign PayFlow link during testing AUDIENCE : ---------- The issue may not be resolved with the rights of the end user. You need to contact the concerned payment gateway company. Symptom : ---------- The customer is getting a declined error message when trying to place an order with VeriSign PayFlow Link. Solution : ---------- Please make sure that you have placed the store in test mode through https://manager.verisign.com. (login. Click on Account Info in the nav bar. Click PayFlow Link Info on bottom left. Select Test from Transaction Process Mode). If the Declined message is still being generated, you will have to turn off the Fraud protection from VeriSign. Login to https://manager.verisign.com. Click on Security in the top nav bar. Under Transaction, click Setup or Test Setup. Then under Transaction Security click Use the Wizard. Uncheck the filters. | |
