Error: "Cannot read controls"

In some situations, customers may receive the message "Cannot read controls" while trying to send.

This message is typically only seen by customers who have been with us since before January of 2003 and have not updated their email password since that time. Please use either the email administration page for your domain, or the preferences tab in our web-based email system, to change your password, even if it is just changing it to the same thing it already is. This is necessitated by some changes made during a software upgrade in January of 2003.
