Unable to See the Reports or any other tab in the CyberSource Business Center
The customers will see authorizations show up in the
Authorization Daily Detail report one day after they made the transaction.
If you do not see the tab to the Reports View then click on
Settings, Users, then select their username and make sure that all the boxes are
checked. If they are all checked, uncheck the View Reports
box, click on the Update button then check off the View Reports box and Update
again. Make sure to logout and then re-log back in, and you should
be able to see the Reports Tab.
