Checkout by Amazon does not send phone number to Miva Merchant

Issue:
Customer phone number is submitted to Amazon and shows up on the order in Seller Central. When Amazon sends the order details back to Miva Merchant the phone number is stripped out.

Status:
Currently unresolved. Bugzilla entry 4740 has been created to track this issue:
