Miva SEO Features

This is the code for a standard install of the Navigation Bar in Advanced Mode. What you need to do is go throughout your page templates and alter the url's to match your SEO settings.

Such as if you have SEO Friendly Storefront turned on, you alter all the links to your storefront from:

to:

and then you go to the Category Pages and Category Product List Layout and Category Tree Template and you change all the items to follow your short links there as well, such as:
Category Product List Layout, click on Advanced Mode, find the code for your specific setup. The code will look something like this:

Which you would change to:

In a case where your product identifier code is p and your suffix is html and you're not using breadcrumbs.
If you were using breadcrumbs in the above example you'd change it to:

Depending on your store configuration you just need to change all the locations you've setup links to your products and categories. It can look complex but it's actually very easy and only takes 15 or 20 minutes.
