Generate certificates for miva payment

When we generate certificates for miva payment we get error MvCOMMERCE ERROR: Either an un-expired certificate already exists or the merchant has no database access record. merchant id

http://apps.cybersource.com/cgi-bin/pages/additional.cgi?kit=Update_to_ECert_Application

open webbrowser and go to cybersource.com

click on developers button in the navigation bar

click on legacy smps bright yellow big box click on first link in that box

on the right side do we see Ecert application and click on latest version link

Download Update to Ecert on which operating system u r running on the computer

now in the c: create ecert folder and copy and paste the downloaded file

now go to start menu open cmd
c:\ecert\ecert merchantid -path c:\ecert

these certificates must be copied where the certificates gets stored
