When I synchronize, changes to my Miva Merchant Customer records do not get updated in QuickBooks. Why is that?

You should only be seeing this if you are using Miva Merchant v4.13 and below. Changes in the Customer module functions in later versions made it possible for Miva Synchro to track customer changes.

However, these older versions of Miva Merchant do not have these new functions. Therefore, in order to track customer record changes from Miva Merchant v4.13 and below in QuickBooks, you will need to do a "Full Customer Scan at Next Synchronization".

This will ensure that all customer records will have their information from Miva Merchant updated in QuickBooks during synchronization.
