Error While Processing Orders


Issue:
I am in test mode with both Miva and Authorize.net. I first batch my orders then click Process Orders. I get the Process Orders list with my orders. I select the checkboxes next to the orders I want to process, but when I click the Process button at the bottom of the window, I get a message at the bottom of the screen that says "1 error". The 1 changes with however many orders I try to process. Is this because I am in test mode?

Also, I have an encryption key set, and the first time I tried processing an order it asked for this at the top of the screen. It only aksed once and has never asked again though I have tried to process several different batches of orders.

Resolution:
To test live gateway transaction processing a real card with a real order the store should be checked. One can always login to his gateway control panel and void the transaction.
