Cybercash and state baed sales tax error : Unable to authorize payment

In using CyberCash and state based sales tax, you may get the following error:

Unable to authorize payment: Amount in currency string 15.668 has more than 2 decimal places after decimal point


The number can be any number. Basically, the display of the Basket Total is correct, showing only two decimals, but the actuall number going to CyberCash has three decimal places. So, CyberCash sends back this error. The solution is to simply rename the /Merchant2/lib/db.mv and upload the new module.
