Why isn't credit card information sent to me in the Merchant Email Notification that Miva Merchant sends each time an order is completed?


Miva Merchant does not send the credit card information via email in any case. Credit card information is highly sensitive material that should never be included in an email.

If you are using a payment service that is storing Credit Card information on the server, you will need to access it in the Miva Merchant administration under "Order Processing." To access the Order Processing area in Miva Merchant, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Miva Merchant administration interface, SECURELY.

2. Expand the "Stores" menu by clicking the blue triangle.

3. Expand your Online Store's menu by clicking the blue triangle next to the store's name.

4. Toward the bottom of the menu, you should see "Order Processing." Click the blue triangle to see the Order Processing options.
