Unable to authorize payment: Missing Required Tax Information

There is a new security feature in Miva Merchant 4.16 and later that allows you to accept only complete orders through Miva Merchant that contain either shipping information, tax information, or both. This setting is found under the Settings tab in Edit Store within your Miva Merchant Admin. They are called "Require Shipping" and "Require Tax". With these two boxes checked in, the checkout process will produce the errors above if an order goes through checkout with no shipping or tax information.

However, there is a bug that will bring these errors up even if the shipping and tax are selected on the order. This bug is only present in Miva Merchant 4.16.

The best fix for this bug is to uncheck both of the boxes. This will get rid of those two errors by disabling the feature. To do this:
1. Login to your Miva Merchant Admin.
2. Click on the triangle next to Stores.
3. Click on your Store Title.
4. To the right, click on the tab Settings.
5. Uncheck "Require Shipping" and "Require Tax".
6. Click Update.
