Cybercash and state baed sales tax

AUDIENCE :

Some of the steps required to resolve this issue need a level of server access that will not be available to most end users. If you are a MIVA Merchant end user experiencing this problem, you may have to forward this information to your Host, ISP, or Systems Administrator.

Symptom :
----------

When using
CyberCash and state based sales tax, get the following error:

Unable to authorize payment: Amount in currency string 15.668 has more than 2 decimal places after decimal point

Notes :
--------

The number can be any number, not just '15.668'. Basically, the display of the Basket Total is correct, showing only two decimals, but the actuall number going to CyberCash has three decimal places, so CyberCash pukes, and sends back this error. Simply rename the /Merchant2/lib/db.mv and upload the new one module.
