Miva Merchant: Setup: Error

Miva Merchant has encountered a fatal error and is unable to continue.
The following information may assist you in determining the cause of the error:

Error Code: MER-STP-00002
Description: You must accept the terms of the license agreement to use MivaMerchant.

Cause
---------
This error is caused by attempting to complete Miva Merchant setup without accepting the End Users License Agreement

In some cases preforming an 'Activate Upgrade License' operation durring setup updates
the license and removes your previous acceptance. This is because your sent to a new page
where the license upgrade takes place and when your returned the hidden field that says
you accepted the EULA is blank. So you would have seen this error at the final setup page.

Solution
-----------
Restart the setup process and since your license was upgraded in the previous setup attempt
simply use your new upgraded license and proceed through the setup process.
