LinkPoint AVS/Zip settings not working.


Cause
-------
LinkPoint Modules later than 4.2403 do not function correctly. AVS/ZIP verification is selected, but not working.



Solution
-------------
Upgrade the commerce library to the 5.xx build. The commerce library was changed to convert to DECLINE if avs was turned on and the avs failed to match.
