Title : ---------- Unable to authorize payment: Unable to connect to 'https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll': Error establishing SSL connection: certificate verify failed AUDIENCE : ---------- Some of the steps required to resolve this issue need a level of server access that will not be available to most end users. If you are a MIVA Merchant end user experiencing this problem, you may have to forward this information to your Host, ISP, or Systems Administrator. Cause : ---------- The certs directory is not configured correctly in the .conf file Solution : ---------- There is a certs directory that is shipped with the MivaVM binary (the virtual Machine) that is installed on the server. In the configuration file (where all the engine configurations go) there needs to be a line that tells the Virtual Machine where this certs directory is. If the configuration file is the mivavm.conf the line will be cadir=/path/to/certs If it is the httpd.conf or mivavm.conf the line will be SetEnv MvCONFIG_DIR_CA /path/to/certs | |
