OpenSSL files configured may be unsupported

s.miva_sslavailable = 0 but configured correctly

It is possible the OpenSSL libraries configured are old or not there at all.

=================================
SSL_CRYPTO=/home/user/lib/libcrypto.so
SSL_OPENSSL=/home/user/lib/libssl.so
=================================

Solution :
----------

The MIVA Configuration file should be located /home2/secinc/public_html/cgi-bin/mivavm.conf
have them send in this file for troubleshooting

1 Ensure the file paths are true
comandline> ls -l /home/user/lib/libcrypto.so
comandline> ls -l /home/user/lib/libssl.so

2 Update the locate database
comandline> locate -u

3 Locate any other OpenSSL libraries
comandline> locate libcrypto
comandline> locate libssl

The OpenSSL files configured may be unsupported old versions.
When you attempt to locate other OpenSSL files you may find the following:

libcrypto.so.0.9.7a (this will be the library you want to referance in your MIVA Configuration File
