Title ------- Authorize.net Error - "Unable to authorize payment: This request cannot be accepted" Symptom --------- Error at checkout: "Unable to authorize payment: This request cannot be accepted" Solution ---------- This error message is generated by Authorize.net. Miva Merchant has no part in this error message at all. It is completely controlled by Authorize.net. They are the only people who can resolve the problem. http://www.authorize.net/support/Merchant/Transaction_Response/Response_Reason_Codes_and_Response_Reason_Text.htm#101 Notes on Reason Code 103: A valid fingerprint, Transaction Key, or password is required for this transaction. When contacting Authorize.net the following error codes may be a useful reference. These are the error codes that Authorize.net have returned to Miva Merchant.
