How to set up the spam filtering

These are the steps that you will need to take:

1. Log into the control panel (example: https://mydomain.mivamerchant.net:8443 replace mydomain.mivamerchant.net with your domain)
2. Click on "Mail" at the top
3. Click on the email account that you want to update
4. Click on Spam Filter
5. Click on "Show Advanced Settings"
6. Update the "Spam filter sensitivity" level (the lower the number means that more mail will be marked as spam"
