Steps needed to set up mail for secure settings.

You will need to go into your mail client's account settings.  In those settings you need to change the mail server for incoming and outgoing to You will change DOMAIN to whatever your actual domain is, not including the .com, org or net etc.

The next step is going to be changing the outgoing mail port to 587 and using TLS for the security.  For incoming make sure that you are set to 995 for POP and using SSL, or 993 for IMAP and using SSL.

There are three pdf documents attached that have the step by step instruction with screenshots for Mac Mail, Outlook, and Thunderbird.  After you have followed any of these or your client is not listed, please call into support at 1-800-608-6482 so we can troubleshoot or help you set this up.
