Title: Paypal and case sensitive emails|
Symptom: Orders showing in Paypal but not in Miva Merchant
Cause: It can be an email address mismatch
Solution: For orders showing up in paypal but not in the Miva Merchant shopping cart, check the email address that is entered in the payment configuration in Miva Merchant. This needs to be the same case that is displayed after logging into their paypal account. The email address is not case sensitive when logging into paypal, once logged in, in the middle of the screen they would notice:
email@example.com will not work inside the Miva Merchant payment configuration.
TestTest@mivamerchant.com must be entered.
