-Corrects issues with "select failure" or code 103 errors.

-Addresses two issues Order Processing in Pre-Auth/Post-Auth mode. Both prevented the order from properly capturing.

*Update Instructions*
-------------------------

1. Download the PayFlow Pro patch.
2. Login to your Miva Merchant Admin.
3. Click on the triangle next to "Modules".
4. Click on "PayFlow Pro".
5. At top right, click on the tab "Files".
6. Click on the upload icon and load the module from your computer (IMPORTANT: Be sure to click the "Overwrite" checkbox before hitting "Upload" in the "Upload File" pop-up).
7. Once uploaded, click on "Update".
8. The new module version number should read v4.2404

* Host URL needs to be updated to payflowpro.paypal.com

1) Click on the triangle next to stores and then on the triangle next to your store name.
2) Click directly on Payment Configuration
3) Click directly on the active link for Verisign Payflow Pro (PaymentNet).
4) Update the host field to payflowpro.paypal.com
5) Click Update
