Buy X Get Y Price Group

The Buy X Get Y Price Group provides a way for customers to get a discount on a product when they purchase a qualifying product.

Creating a Buy X Get Y Price Group

To create a Price Group, click on the 'Marketing' title followed by the 'Price Groups' tab. Proceed by clicking on the 'Add Price Group' button located in the upper right corner.

Upon opening the dialog box, give a Name to your Price Group and figure out the Eligibility of the Price Group you are formulating. For further details on configuring these elements, click here.

Cesure to select 'Buy X Get Y' in the type field. In the Apply To field, determine which products the discount applies to.

The options include:

• All Eligible Products
• Same Product: Here, customers get a discount if the item is on the Discounted Products list and they purchase multiple of the same product.
• Same Product Variant: In this case, customers get a discount if the item is on the Discounted Products list and they buy more than one of the same variant.

Note: Eligible Products comply with the following criteria:

• It must be in the customer's basket
• It must also appear in the discounted products list for this Price Group
• It must be "eligible" for a discount
