First, ensure that you are logged in. Post logging in, click on the "Wish List" link at the top of your page. This will open your Wish List page, showcasing any existing wish lists and a "Create Wish List" link.

Creating a New Wish List

To create a new Wish List, click on the "Create Wish List" link. You will then be prompted to fill out the 'Title' and 'Notes' sections, and determine whether you want the wish list to be public.
