Creating an XML Sitemap

To create an XML Sitemap, start by creating a Standard Sitemap Protocol Feed. A guide for this is available here . Once you've created a standard sitemap, navigate to the Feeds tab on the Marketing page. From here, select the XML sitemap feed that you'd like to produce, then click on Process Now.

Viewing an XML Sitemap

There are two methods to view an XML sitemap:

• Method 1

  Click on the Marketing header on the left side of the page, then select the Feeds tab. Choose a feed to edit. In the Edit Feed box that pops up, click View Sitemap.

• Method 2

  Open a web browser and visit the link to your XML sitemap page. For instance, if your store domain is “mivatest.com,” and your XML sitemap file name is “sitemap.xml” (the default sitemap filename without a suffix), then you should go to mivatest.com/sitemap.xml.

Downloading an XML Sitemap

To download an XML Sitemap, navigate to the Marketing header on the left side of the page, then select the Feeds tab. Select a feed to edit. In the Edit Feed dialog box that appears, click View Sitemap. The XML sitemap will open in a browser window. Then, go to the File menu, and select Save.
